Overview
We do not offer refunds as everything is made to order. Our Exchange policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, free of animal hair and smells not limited to Cigarette smoke, Cat, Dog, Perfume as it needs to be in the same condition that you received it.
Some types of goods are exempt from being returned/exchanged.
Non-returnable items:
- Customized items
- Items with Add-Ons
- Decals/Stickers
- If we have to wash it for it to be able to be used
Please send your purchase back to the School so we can inspect item before producing your exchange.
Exchanges
We only replace items for the same item, we can exchange for a different size. Sizing up to a 2x and up sizes will require additional fees. To initiate your Exchange Send us an email at feralandfreellc@gmail.com and take your item to: Lacomb School.
